Child Safety Standards

Last updated: September 7, 2026

Zero Tolerance

dhāgā is for adults aged 18 and over. Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited. This includes grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, and creating, uploading, distributing or facilitating child sexual abuse material (CSAM).

Report a Concern

Use Report on a profile, photo or message and choose Child safety concern. Choose Underage User for a suspected minor account. You may also contact support@dhagamatrimony.in. Do not download, copy or email suspected abusive media; provide the report reference and context instead.

Our Response

The operator reviews the safety queue daily and prioritizes child-safety concerns. On obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM we promptly restrict access or remove content, take account action as appropriate, and follow applicable reporting and evidence-handling requirements. A report itself is not proof of a violation.

Authority Reporting

Confirmed CSAM is reported to the appropriate regional authority or NCMEC as applicable. Evidence handling and retention follow applicable requirements. Contact local emergency services if someone is in immediate danger.

Safety Contact

The dhāgā operator is responsible for these standards and can be reached at support@dhagamatrimony.in. This is also our child-safety contact mailbox.
