These terms are an agreement between you and dhāgā. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use dhāgā. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these terms. We remove accounts that we determine belong to minors.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your profile and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may only create one account, and it must represent you personally. Do not share your account with anyone else.
Be respectful. The following are not allowed: harassment, threats, hate speech or discrimination; nudity or sexually explicit content; impersonating another person; scams, fraud, or requests for money; commercial solicitation or spam; sharing another member's private information or photos; and any illegal activity. Content or behaviour that breaks these rules may be removed and can lead to suspension or permanent termination.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. By posting, you grant us permission to host and display that content to other members as part of running the service. You must have the right to share anything you upload, and it must be of you.
You can report a profile, a photo or a message, and block any member, directly in the app. Reports are reviewed by our team and we may remove content or accounts as a result. Blocking is immediate and stops further contact in both directions.
We do not conduct criminal background checks or verify the identity of members. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other people. Take sensible precautions: get to know someone before meeting, meet first in a public place, tell someone where you are going, and never send money to anyone you meet on the app.
You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, or where necessary to protect other members, in some cases without prior notice.
The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, or for the conduct of other members, whether online or offline. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last revised, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
