Open Profile → Delete Account and confirm with your name, or DELETE if your profile is incomplete. Account access stops when the request is accepted. We show a request number and a deadline within seven days. This action cannot be undone.
Email support@dhagamatrimony.in with the subject Delete my account. We verify ownership before accepting the request. Do not send your password or OTP. Once accepted, the same seven-day active-data deadline applies.
Your active profile, owned profile and chat photos, messages, likes, passes, matches, blocks, device tokens and login credentials are removed. Existing copies kept by recipients and cached media may outlive removal from our service.
We minimize retained safety cases, review open cases, and purge closed cases after 90 days unless a documented legal hold applies. A minimal deletion receipt is retained for 90 days. Analytics, aggregate reports and provider backups have separate retention; see our Privacy Policy and contact support@dhagamatrimony.in for provider details or historical-data deletion.
