The fastest way to delete your account is in the app: open Profile, tap Delete Account, and type your full name to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Email support@dhagamatrimony.in from the address you registered with, using the subject line "Delete my account". We may ask you to confirm a detail from your profile so we can be sure the request is genuine. We action verified requests within 30 days.
Your profile and all its details, your photos, any photos you sent in chats, your messages, your likes, passes and matches, your blocks, and your login credentials are permanently removed from our systems.
Reports you filed about other members are kept without your profile attached, because they may be part of an ongoing safety investigation. Routine backups and aggregate analytics records may persist for a limited period before ageing out.
